Apple Spice Protein Muffins (GF/DF/V)

These protein muffins are a favourite in our household! I make them quite often and they are tasty every single time!


Ingredients:

1 cup protein powder ( I like to use Isagenix Pumpkin Spice or Vanilla Chai)
2 cups oat flour (Put 2 cups of quick oats into blender)
1 apple, finely decided
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
ΒΌ cup maple syrup
2 eggs or flax eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana


Steps:

  1. Lightly oil muffin pan and preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat all ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Bake 17-20 minutes.
