Kale Chips

A simple and tasty snack! Use organic and local ingredients where possible.



  • 1 bunch of Kale or container of fresh kale

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt / Seasoning to taste


  1. Rip the kale leaves into bite sized pieces into a large bowl

  2. Drizzle the olive oil into the bowl and mix with your hands

  3. Place on baking sheet (Spread leaves around as much as possible)

  4. Season the chips to taste

  5. Bake add 250 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (until they start to crisp up). Stir halfway through

  6. Best served immediately
